Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, enhance marketing efforts, and boost sales. This includes developing and executing social media campaigns, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and overseeing content creation and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement social media strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns
  • Oversee content creation and management for social media channels
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce high-quality content
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and influencers
  • Research new social marketing platforms and adapt strategies to meet client needs
  • Implement and manage a content calendar for timely campaigns
  • Optimize social media presence for better engagement
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews and feedback

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and their features
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Team player with leadership qualities
  • Technical aptitude to learn new hardware and software quickly
  • Experience in public relations, marketing, sales, or community management
