Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for member companies, ensuring value-driven participation and fostering relationships.
  • Strategic development and execution to enhance industry engagement, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Member onboarding, retention, and engagement oversight to ensure sustained participation and satisfaction.
  • Establishment of high-level relationships with members, partners, and stakeholders to drive collaborations and partnerships.
  • Strategic guidance to members, offering support, intelligence, and resources to enhance growth.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to develop promotional content and messaging.
  • Advocacy effort alignment with industry needs through policy and government relations team coordination.
  • Feedback provision to the skills development team on training programs, ensuring market demand alignment.
  • Strategy development to expand membership, increase engagement, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to create programs addressing member needs and enhancing industry visibility.
  • Record maintenance and regular reporting on industry partnerships and engagement activities.

Success requires 8-10 years of experience in Public Relations, Business Development, or a related field, along with a relevant degree such as Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
