Job Summary:

Business Development Representative required to build and maintain relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and selling products by establishing contact and developing solutions. This role involves evaluating prospects, researching sales options, and recommending solutions to sell products and maintain client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Opportunity Identification: Evaluate prospects and research sales options to identify potential business opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and market activities.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Establish contact with prospects, develop relationships, and recommend solutions to sell products and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Client Support and Guidance: Provide support, information, and guidance to clients, researching and recommending new opportunities to improve profit and service.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify product improvements or new products.
  • Reporting and Quality Assurance: Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information, maintaining quality service by enforcing organization standards.
  • Professional Development: Attend educational workshops, review professional publications, establish personal networks, and participate in professional societies to maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Requirements Report: This position will report directly to a senior management representative.
