**Job Description:**

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and components. Your expertise in engineering principles, problem-solving abilities, and strong understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes will be invaluable in creating innovative solutions and ensuring the performance, safety, and efficiency of mechanical designs.

**Responsibilities:
  • CAD Design: Create and refine mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.
  • Analytical Tools: Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and simulations to ensure design integrity and safety.
  • Prototype Development: Build and evaluate prototypes, conduct performance tests, and make necessary design modifications.
  • Manufacturing Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for production and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Management: Manage engineering projects, set deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Documentation: Prepare engineering drawings, reports, and specifications for production and regulatory approval.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, ISO, etc.) and safety regulations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues, recommend solutions, and assist in system improvements.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design, product development, or a related area.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, etc.) and simulation tools (ANSYS, MATLAB).
  • Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reports and presentations.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is a plus.
**Industry Experience:**
  • Experience in industries such as automotive, aerospace, HVAC, or robotics.
  • Knowledge of 3D printing, CNC machining, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
  • Understanding of sustainability and energy-efficient design principles.
