Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable AI models for financial forecasting, market behavior prediction, and NLP-based data extraction.
  • Develop and optimize deep learning models, including RNNs, LSTMs, CNNs, and Transformer-based models for structured and unstructured financial data.
  • Apply reinforcement learning algorithms (e.g., PPO, DDPG, Q-learning) for trading strategy development and backtesting.
  • Build forecasting systems integrating real-time data, exogenous features, and sentiment analysis.
  • Work with massive financial datasets to train accurate and robust prediction models.
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, retrain, and fine-tune models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Strong experience in time series modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Extract insights from unstructured text sources like news, tweets, and financial reports.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
  • Deep understanding of quantitative finance, trading mechanics, and performance metrics.
  • Onsite position in Faisal Town Lahore.
