Job Opportunity: Data-Driven Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Data-Driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a senior member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive business growth and enhance our digital presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leverage advanced analytics tools to observe user behavior and optimize the buyer journey for lead generation.
  • Mentor junior team members and support their career growth within the team.
  • Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, with a focus on data-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and paid media analytics.
  • Experience in leading A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
