Showroom Manager

About the Job

This role involves overseeing all aspects of a showroom's daily operations, including sales, service, spare parts, finance, and automobile booking. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work efficiently, and possess strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain the showroom according to 5S standards on a daily basis.
  2. Daily monitoring of sales executives' activities.
  3. Assigning targets for sales and recovery to executives on a daily basis and strictly monitoring their progress.
  4. Checking hire purchase files daily and ensuring that all formalities are completed as per SOP before approving delivery of motorcycles.
  5. Verifying outside collection receipts from sales executives and ensuring they are submitted to the accountant as per SOP.
  6. Making sure that all daily collections are deposited in the bank on time by monitoring the accountant's activities.
  7. Monitoring service department and parts department activities and resolving customer complaints accordingly.
  8. Registering hire purchase motorcycles with the excise department and preparing documents accordingly.
  9. Reporting regional office activities on a daily basis.
  10. Responsible for coordinating automobile booking operations at the showroom.
  11. Handling customer complaints related to automobile booking in coordination with the regional office.
  12. Ensuring reporting of automobile booking to the regional office.
  13. Record-keeping of 2W and 4W data (motorcycle sales, after-sales, accounts, and automobile booking) and disposal is also the responsibility of the showroom manager as per SOP.
Periodic Duties
  1. Achieving sales, service, spare parts, and recovery targets set by management for specific periods.
  2. Assisting the audit department with surprise audits and fulfilling their requirements.
