As a Retail Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success. This role requires you to manage company's business in assigned territories through effective channel handling. You will be responsible for maintaining float and products available in the market as per practice and policy. Additionally, you will handle teams of franchise for availability of all SKUs in retail market, achieve assigned targets of development and recharge, and stay up-to-date with ongoing activities of competition.
To succeed in this position, you must ensure availability and replenishment of Ufone offering products like cards, load, MFS, sims etc. You will also develop existing areas/marketplaces and explore new potential markets, maintain data accuracy of retail universe in RMS or any other available system, conduct visibility audit of merchandising, and manage franchises including team development, regular follow-ups, target achievement, and policy adherence.
The ideal candidate should hold a minimum Bachelor's Degree and possess strong analytical skills, distribution management expertise, and proficiency in MS Office Analytics. They should also be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment with flexible working hours.
