We are seeking an exceptional Talent & Culture Manager to join our team. As the first HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our people operations, shaping our culture, driving recruitment, and ensuring our team members feel valued and empowered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Craft job descriptions, source candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new team members.
  • Employee Experience: Organize events, recognize achievements, and maintain a positive work culture.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance review processes that encourage growth, accountability, and alignment with our goals.
  • HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies while contributing to policy creation.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor for employees, offering guidance on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
  • Growth & Development: Identify learning opportunities and coordinate training initiatives to boost team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building trust.
  • High level of ownership and initiative - you don't just identify problems; you solve them.
  • A passion for creating meaningful employee experiences and fostering a positive work culture.
  • Adaptability and resilience - you're comfortable with change and eager to grow.
