As a Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Services, you will provide strategic support to the Managing Director and Operating Divisions to ensure the achievement of business objectives. This involves liaising between departments under your umbrella and senior management, including the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, and Board of Directors.

A. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the development of key performance indicators and targets for the Corporate Services division.
  • Ensuring adequate resources are available for optimal performance, including budget, human resources, infrastructure, and capital items.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines from OGRA, PPRA, Ministry (MOE), and other agencies.
  • Facilitating coordination between Corporate Services and other functions at SSGC, such as Finance and Operations.
B. Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, law, economics, or engineering management from a reputable university.
  • At least 20 years of post-qualification work experience, with at least five years in a senior management position in a multinational or corporate sector.
  • Eight years of Oil and Gas sector experience, with an emphasis on Support Services and back office operations under a HUB structure.
  • In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain, Corporate Communication, Information Technology, Legal, and HSEQA functions.
  • Strong analytical, communication, presentation, project management, leadership, managerial, interpersonal, emotional intelligence, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
