We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will:

  • Gather an up-to-date understanding of web technologies and industry trends;
  • Share your knowledge of technologies and architectures, mentoring within the product stream and with the rest of the team;
  • Collaborate with Leads and Seniors to deliver software of the highest standards;
  • Promote companywide coding standards and best practices;
  • Lead technical initiatives, guiding team efforts towards successful project delivery;
  • Impact the technical vision within your stream;
  • Collaborate with Product, Infrastructure, Design, UX, and Strategy to deliver high-quality products;
  • Hire top talent to build High Performing Teams;
  • Owning business KPIs as a conduit to the Product team;
  • Ensure decisions align with the vision and direction;
  • Coach individuals to become technical leaders;
Requirements
  • 9+ years of software engineering experience;
  • Expertise in JavaScript and ReactJS;
  • Familiarity with free and open-source web application frameworks;
  • Knowledge of source code control, build process management, CI/CD, automated testing, and development processes;
  • Understanding of creating highly scalable and available systems;
  • Leadership, coaching, and mentoring principles;
  • Experience working on high-traffic and large-scale web products;
  • Agile Methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and XP;
  • Good product, design, and UX principles;
  • Analysis, design, coding, and implementation of next-generation web applications;
