This administrative leadership role oversees the smooth operation of our office. We seek a skilled and experienced professional to manage administrative procedures, personnel, and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient workflows, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity by streamlining administrative systems.
- Talent Development: Recruit, train, and develop personnel, allocating responsibilities and resources to ensure effective team performance and growth.
- Performance Evaluation: Assess staff performance, providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to maximize efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Communication: Ensure seamless information flow within the company, facilitating collaboration and driving business success through clear communication.
- Scheduling and Time Management: Manage schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply inventory, negotiate purchases, and manage budgetary constraints to maintain optimal resource allocation.
- Financial Oversight: Track costs, expenses, and revenues to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Facilities Management: Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities, and tradespersons to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
- Event Planning and Coordination: Organize and supervise other office activities, including recycling programs, renovations, and events to enhance the work environment and promote teamwork.
- Policy Compliance and Governance: Ensure all operations adhere to policies, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a compliant and responsible work environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record as an administration manager or equivalent role with demonstrated leadership skills.
- Office Management: In-depth understanding of office management procedures, departmental policies, and legal compliance.
- Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial management principles, budgeting, and cost control to make informed decisions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Analytical mind with problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and drive innovation.
- Organizational and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
