Visionary Graphic Designer

As a key member of our design team, you will develop and implement visually striking concepts and designs that drive business success. You will be responsible for creating designs that capture consumer attention, enhance brand recognition, and reinforce our company's message.

Key Responsibilities-
  • Create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including T-shirt designs, advertisements, and marketing materials.
  • Develop and design product illustrations, company logos, websites, and apparel.
  • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Translate project briefs and concepts into compelling visual designs that align with brand identity and messaging.
  • Use industry-standard design software to produce high-quality graphics and layouts.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve design skills and knowledge.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all design deliverables adhering to brand guidelines and specifications.
Requirements-
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Creativity and innovation with a passion for creating visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to produce high-quality designs.
  • The ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities and maintain flexibility in design approach.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design is an advantage.
