Social Impact Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Acting as a subject matter expert and external representative on CSR matters, identifying industry benchmarks and best practices.
- Partnering with community groups to foster positive relationships and drive social impact through collaborative efforts.
- Negotiating and overseeing sponsorship agreements that align with our CSR goals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Promoting our CSR activities through media outreach and stakeholder engagement, effectively communicating our initiatives.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of CSR campaigns by measuring their uptake and outcomes, providing data-driven insights for improvement.
- Ensuring investments are made responsibly, considering both social and ethical implications, upholding our commitment to sustainability.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of cross-functional project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expertise in social responsibility, community involvement, and effective communication.
- Able to influence senior management and peers, develop business cases linking social responsibility to core business strategy, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Effective communicator with public speaking skills and the ability to create engaging written and web content.
- Able to build strong relationships with senior executives and grassroots employees.
This role is based in Business Supplies and Equipment - Karachi, Pakistan.
