Marketing Graphics Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and create visually appealing designs that promote our brand and enhance our marketing efforts.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and creating graphics, including brochures, banners, flyers, posters, social media visuals, website graphics, and other marketing collaterals, while adhering to brand guidelines. You will collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to develop effective design concepts.

You will be responsible for developing and designing layouts, illustrations, and graphics for print and digital media. Additionally, you will create and edit images, icons, and other graphical elements using industry-standard software. You will also generate design ideas and concepts that align with our branding strategy and marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on diverse projects. They will also possess a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is required. Proven work experience as an independent Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry or related field, is also essential. Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is necessary.
