About the Role

As a seasoned backend engineer, you will play a crucial part in shaping our cutting-edge product. Your expertise will help us deliver scalable and maintainable systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on building backend systems that can scale both in supported features and concurrent usage. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, plan, design, build, and ship features that align with our business objectives.

We are looking for a skilled engineer who is comfortable collaborating and communicating in a remote environment. Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals, experience with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and relational database design are essential requirements.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of industry experience as a backend or product engineer, building user-facing products. Previous experience with Go or Typescript is a plus, as well as knowledge of how to balance speed and quality while building leverage through automation and good software design.
