Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. As a junior/associate consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, customization, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and assist in gathering and analyzing requirements for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Support the customization, implementation, and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to design and develop processes that meet client needs.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Provide support and training to end-users post-implementation.
  • Help in the preparation of documentation, including system specs and user manuals.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Basic understanding of financial processes and operations is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
