Sales and Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Your primary focus will be on prospecting potential clients, building relationships, and turning leads into sales. You will work closely with our practice leaders to develop proposals that meet the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
You will also be responsible for cold calling within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Your goal will be to identify potential clients and decision makers within the client organization, research and build relationships with new clients, and set up meetings between client decision makers and company practice leaders/principals.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present an image that mirrors that of the client. You should be able to use various styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately and handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
In addition, you will be responsible for planning approaches and pitches, working with the team to develop proposals, participating in pricing solutions/services, and identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
