A key role in our organization is the Senior Finance Executive, responsible for managing financial operations and providing crucial insights to inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review monthly and quarterly tax statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes on time to avoid any penalties or fines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address financial matters and drive business growth.
  • Examine daily accounting transactions to identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform general accounting and purchase ledger tasks to maintain financial records.
  • Update bank records and accounts regularly to reflect accurate financial information.
  • Monitor bank transactions to prevent fraud and errors.
  • Check the company inbox and voicemails to stay informed about important communications.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in finance or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a technology firm.
  • Proven expertise in taxation-related matters is essential.
  • Petty cash handling and invoicing skills are necessary.
  • Strong coordination skills with tax advisors for tax compliance are required.
  • Experience in managing accounts receivable and payable is vital.
  • Treasury management and SECP compliances knowledge is necessary.
  • Expertise in ERPs like Quickbooks, Oracle, or SAP is desired.
  • Proficient in Provident Fund and Gratuity management.
