Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics is required for this position.

  • Effective management of Customer Meter Stations (CMS) within designated areas is essential.
  • Natural gas measuring equipment must be operated and maintained with utmost care to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic planning abilities, and the capacity to drive proactive processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and analyze issues to identify root causes, document findings, and coordinate resolution with relevant departments.
  • Oversee calibration and joint meter checks at Sales Meter Stations conducted by the team.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Performance Indicators (KPIs) to foster individual growth among team members.
  • Manage budgets for Operations, Maintenance, Revenue, and Capital Expenditure within the department.
  • Conduct technical evaluations of bids through procurement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 9 years of post-qualification experience
  • Prior experience in Oil & Gas or Public Sector is preferred
