Technical Development Program

This program is designed for recent graduates and enrolled master's students who want to start their career in a global company.

The Technical Associate Program is a one-year program consisting of various trainings. You will be supported by a structured learning program, enabling you to connect theory with practice by the end of the year.

We expect our talented trainees to be well-prepared to secure one of our substantive positions.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Recent graduate from a recognized local or foreign educational institution, with graduation period not exceeding more than one year post-graduation;
  • Enrolled in a Master's or professional educational program with a recognized institution.
Specializations
  • Electrical Engineering/Electronic Engineering (Courses in Power/Energy Engineering with knowledge in devices and schemes in MV & HV network).
