Cloud Native Application Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Native Application Engineer to design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-based applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cloud infrastructure, automating deployments using Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring container and network security, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable seamless application integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-native applications.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure high availability.
  • Automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure container and network security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable seamless application integration.

Technical Requirements:

  • AWS services expertise (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda).
  • Kubernetes deployment and management experience.
  • IaC tools proficiency (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
  • CI/CD tools expertise (Jenkins, AWS DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
  • Docker and containerization best practices knowledge.
  • Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting background.
  • Cloud networking, storage and security knowledge.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS infrastructure and Kubernetes-based environments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
