Job Title: Senior English Communication Specialist

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will design and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance trainees' communication skills. This role is pivotal in refining trainees' fluency, pronunciation, and overall language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct interactive training sessions focused on improving verbal English communication.
  • Effectively deliver pre-designed course material adapting delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles.
  • Design engaging classroom activities, role-plays, discussions, and group exercises promoting active participation and practical application of learned skills.
  • Provide constructive feedback on trainees' language proficiency, pronunciation, grammar, and overall communication effectiveness.
  • Offer personalized guidance and support to trainees identifying specific areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and assess trainee progress consistently using established evaluation frameworks such as CEFR levels.
  • Apply proven methodologies in language acquisition and confidence building contributing to the continuous improvement of our training programs.
