Pharmaceutical Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Short Term Support Staff in our research team. This is an excellent opportunity for students enrolled in MPhil Pharmaceutical Chemistry, demonstrators, research assistants, lab attendants, or animal attendants who wish to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a project entitled 'Synthesis and biological evaluation of chromone hybrid molecules as anticancer and anti-inflammatory agents' under the supervision of a Principal Investigator/Associate Professor. The project focuses on the synthesis and biological evaluation of novel compounds with potential anticancer and anti-inflammatory properties.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in laboratory tasks related to the project
- Contribute to data collection and analysis
- Develop and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures and results
- Students enrolled in MPhil Pharmaceutical Chemistry/demonstrators/research assistants/lab attendants/animal attendants are eligible to apply
- Candidates with relevant experience will be preferred
- A monthly stipend of Rs. 5000/- per month
- A contract duration of 5 months
