1. Client Consultation: Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable property solutions.
2. Market Analysis: Conduct comparative market analyses to determine property values and advise clients accordingly.
3. Property Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
4. Transaction Management: Prepare necessary documentation, including contracts, leases, and deeds, and coordinate with relevant parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
5. Negotiation: Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and terms on behalf of clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
6. Networking: Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and inspectors, to support client needs.
7. Market Knowledge: Stay informed about real estate markets, trends, and best practices to provide accurate and current advice to clients.

1. Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.
2. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Familiarity with real estate market trends and legal requirements.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
6. Valid real estate agent's or broker's license.
