Call Center Supervisor

An experienced Call Center Supervisor is required to lead our call center team and achieve exceptional results.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of call center agents, improving sales and efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer care.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in call center management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data and metrics.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of call center agents, set goals and objectives, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze call center performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Operational Management: Manage office resources, including equipment and supplies, ensure a clean and comfortable working environment, and oversee office security and access control.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, proven experience in call center management or customer service roles, strong leadership and team management skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Skills: Proficiency in call center software and relevant technology, problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to analyze data and metrics.
