Job Title: Union Operations Expert

This role involves exploring and updating local unions in Pakistan, ensuring timely policy changes and advocacy efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning live streaming event gameplay and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Explore and update local unions in Pakistan, focusing on timely policy changes and advocacy efforts.
  • Develop and execute plans for live streaming events with a clear understanding of revenue generation goals.
  • Analyze business performance using data-driven insights creating post-event summaries that highlight key activity outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement assigned tasks and drive project success.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis producing reports that inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in live streaming-related roles preferably with knowledge of competitor companies' operations.
  • Experience in managing and expanding unions with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven organizational skills with hands-on experience executing various activities.
  • Excellent communication and execution abilities with a quick response time.
