Job Summary
The Software Development Project Manager oversees multiple projects across all phases, adhering to project management principles and best practices. This involves ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes within budget constraints.

This role requires a technology enthusiast with a strong understanding of business analysis and quality assurance concepts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include:
  • Proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Communicating with team members to clarify project expectations in a timely and clear fashion, delegating tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill intentional gaps in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
  • Assisting the test team in creating test plans and testing efforts.
  • Mentoring and providing guidance to team members.
  • Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  • Performing the final quality check and sign-off for all project deliverables.
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members.
  • Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.
  • Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
