Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling for real estate investors and potential buyers.">
  • Calling probate, vacant house, and for sale by owner listings to set appointments.">
  • Managing contacts in CRM and consistently nurturing and following up with viable leads.">
  • Generating offers, contracts, and closing documents.">
  • Maintaining project progress and handling any issues that arise.">
