Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll and employee benefits, including Gratuity and Provident Fund.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations regarding income tax, SESSI, PESSI, EOBI, and professional tax. This includes preparing and submitting returns for SESSI, PESSI, and EOBI, and ensuring timely submission of tax and other statutory deductions to the government treasury.

In addition, the candidate will handle the company's Provident Fund, including addition, deletion, and profit allocation for members. They will also process loan applications, temporary withdrawals, and permanent withdrawal requests from Provident Fund members, as well as coordinating with external auditors to facilitate the external audit of the Provident Funds.

This role requires strong knowledge of compliance regulations related to payroll and employee benefits, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll processing and administration of retirement funds.
