Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled videographer to join our team and document the dynamic world of construction. This role involves planning, filming, and editing high-quality video content that showcases our projects, people, and progress from ground-breaking to handover.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for storytelling, strong technical knowledge of video equipment, and a passion for creating impactful visuals in challenging environments such as construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers, marketing, and site teams to plan video content.
  • Scout locations and identify key phases/milestones to capture.
  • Capture footage on-site including project progress, interviews, drone shots, time-lapses, and client walkthroughs.
  • Ensure all safety regulations are followed while filming on active construction sites.
  • Operate a variety of cameras, drones, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for internal and external use.
  • Add motion graphics, titles, music, and voiceovers when necessary.
Content Management:
  • Organize and archive video footage.
  • Manage video content across platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, website, internal portals).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in videography, preferably in construction, architecture, engineering, or industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
  • Skilled in operating drones and licensed where required.
  • Knowledge of visual storytelling, lighting techniques, and audio capture.
  • Ability to work independently on active construction sites with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial or industrial videography.
