Seeking a skilled sachet machine operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate sachet packaging machines to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of products.
  • Set up and calibrate machines for different product types and sizes.
  • Monitor the packaging process to ensure sachets are filled correctly, sealed properly, and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and address issues that may arise during production, such as jams, misfeeds, or malfunctions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting the machine.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the process.
Job RequirementsEssential Skills:
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding basic mechanical components of sachet packaging machines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring each sachet is filled accurately and sealed properly.
  • Problem Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving issues during production.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with operation and controls of specific sachet packaging machines.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
  • Time Management: Managing production schedules and packaging products efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Understanding quality standards and consistently producing sachets that meet those standards.
