We are looking for a skilled Senior SQA Automation Analyst to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on programming experience for highly responsive and resilient automated scripting solutions within aggressive timelines, following coding standards and development best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigates application performance problems, providing appropriate guidance to the development team and program management.
  • Ensures all automation test results are captured for traceability in the system of record, and consumability by product management.
  • Collaborates with development on what would make the most sense to automate in order for fewer bugs to be passed over to manual QA.
  • Demonstrates deep caring about user experiences, implementations, what customers are trying to achieve, and ongoing operational success.
  • Does whatever it takes to achieve milestones, release dates, and sprint goals, with scalable, maintainable software that does not require rework later.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of work experience in software development.
  • Software automation experience: minimum of 4 years in such a role, and 2 years of hands-on experience using Selenium.
  • University degree or college equivalent in computer science or equivalent experience.
