Healthcare Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project, you will be responsible for conducting participant screening and data collection at health facilities in Tharparkar.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently enter data at the health facility under supervision;
• Create and maintain accurate records for all individuals screened at the facility;
• Evaluate and verify the accuracy and completeness of participant information recorded in screening forms;
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure smooth service delivery and effective patient engagement;
• Support overall facility-based screening operations and assist other team members as needed;

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience;
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail;
• Familiarity with health facility operations and procedures;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
