Job Summary

The Sales Executive role is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals. Set and track sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded on a regular basis.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Sales Presentations & Pitches: Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective clients. Customize sales presentations to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any issues or concerns.

Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve revenue goals. Prepare and deliver sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales transactions, and follow-up actions. Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, sales forecasts, and client feedback.
