Child Care Professional Job

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Child Care Professional to create a safe, healthy, and fun environment for children in our in-house daycare facility. This role will involve performing tasks related to childcare and creating a stimulating atmosphere where children can thrive.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement creative educational activities to facilitate children's language, cognitive, and motor skills development.
  • Communicate effectively with children, teaching them polite behaviors and courteous manners.
  • Read to and engage with children to promote literacy and social skills.
  • Plan and supervise rest, bed, and nap times to ensure children's well-being.
  • Establish a daily cleaning routine to maintain interactive areas' hygiene and safety.
  • Communicate promptly with parents in case of emergencies and inform the HR department accordingly.
  • Schedule and organize children's activities, sharing monthly plans with HR.
  • Ensure children's safety during the day by closely monitoring their activities.
  • Maintain childcare supplies and equipment, informing HR about any required maintenance or replacements.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma; further training in early childhood development or Montessori education is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in childcare, preferably in an office setting.
  • First aid certification is an asset.
