About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of cash management tasks and maintaining high-quality services for our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions efficiently, adhering to regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Your primary objective will be to minimize operational risks while upholding our bank's reputation by complying with all relevant rules and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Transaction Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including cheque returns and cash pickups.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to our customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely manner.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with transaction processing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with internal departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with cash management systems and processes.
