Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight
  1. Supervise verification, cross-checking and approval processes as per financial powers and SOPs, and ensure timely issuance of job cards for distribution and transmission projects.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual capital expenditure budgets, evaluating options to meet management objectives, Board of Directors parameters, and OGRA guidelines for transmission and major distribution projects.
  3. Coordinate the issuance of numerous job numbers across various categories, including natural and RLNG jobs, throughout the year.
  4. Manage the uploading of approved financial budgets and pipes into the system for each job number issued.
  5. Conduct financial feasibility studies for pipeline projects, considering P&D/Sales department data, government regulations, ECC decisions, etc.
  6. Maintain Projects Section with revenue overhead allocations at the company level for relevant projects.
  7. Develop project-related schedules to facilitate management decision-making.
  8. Analyze aging of ongoing distribution and transmission projects.
  9. Lead Pre-Audit Team: Conduct audits of system-based SPO/NLO bills and manual invoices.
  10. Solve ERP issues related to the projects module and suggest system improvements.
  11. Verify payment of PF loans for Unit B employees as per entitlement.
  12. Verify final settlement payments for Unit B's outgoing staff according to the Fund's Trust Deed/Rules.
  13. Verify cash imprest sent to/received from HO for PF Loans/FLS disbursements.
  14. Sign cheques issued by SSGC/Fund Section.
  15. Complete any other assigned tasks.
