Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Team Coordination: Direct and coordinate the work of team members to achieve production targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze production data, charts, and reports to determine requirements and evaluate current performance.
  • Operational Coordination: Confer with supervisors to coordinate operations within or between departments.
  • Schedule Planning: Plan and establish work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production objectives.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Employee Training: Demonstrate equipment operation and safety procedures to new employees.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve worker problems, complaints, or grievances through conferences with management or subordinates.
  • Specification Interpretation: Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies for workers.
  • Overtime Management: Manage overtime schedules when required to complete production tasks within specific timeframes.
  • Safety Enforcement: Enforce safety and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A Master's degree is required for this position.
  • Language Skills: Basic understanding of English reading and writing is essential for effective communication.
  • Communication Abilities: Strong communication skills are necessary for conveying information effectively.
  • Awareness: Sufficient awareness of production processes, including surgical, dental, and instrument manufacturing, is required.
  • Monitoring: Regular monitoring of performance, both personal and team-based, is crucial for improvement.
  • Production Knowledge: Understanding of raw materials, production techniques, quality control methods, costs, and distribution strategies is vital for maximizing efficient manufacture and delivery of goods.
