Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager Quality Assurance. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with internal teams to ensure that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and clearly.
  • Gathering, analyzing, and maintaining quality-related data is crucial to this role, as it enables us to maintain accurate records and provide actionable insights.
  • You will design and maintain dashboards to track key quality metrics, providing real-time updates for relevant stakeholders.
  • Create periodic quality reports for both customers and internal use, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist in final inspections and other inspection processes as required to uphold quality standards.
  • Supervise and conduct inspections for NPD/PP samples, pre-cut, and final stages.
  • Review and approve items in alignment with SM QA standards at finish folding and cut-to-pack stages.
  • Maintain quality assurance documentation up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare for quality audits and customer evaluations.
  • Train the QA team to ensure correct product implementation, aiming to reduce rework and quality issues.
