About the Role:

As a Regional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for championing Reckitt's health, hygiene, and nutrition products in your assigned region. Your primary objective is to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring our product range aligns with their needs.

You will understand what drives consumer preference for Reckitt's brands, enabling us to maintain our position as a top choice for customers and healthcare professionals.

To achieve this, you will implement effective promotional campaigns, guide retailers on merchandising strategies, and negotiate opportunities for display enhancements and promotions.

Your focus will be on driving sales growth, meeting and surpassing assigned targets and objectives, while making a significant impact in your region.

What We're Looking For:

  • A background in sales, preferably within the FMCG or Consumer sectors.
  • The ability to work independently, identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
  • A resilient work ethic and positive attitude towards achieving goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
