We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge) in our organization.

About the Role

This role involves leading a team of professionals to manage office operations, develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 16 Years HEC Verified Education in Management/ Business Administration/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent, and preferably 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Terms and Conditions
  • Resident from respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile will be allowed for test against one location only.
  • Interested candidates must bring original documents i.e. Personal, Educational & Professional for test as per specified time.
  • Only Female candidates will be considered for Female NRCs.
  • Only shortlisted candidates after qualifying test shall be called for interview.
  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of interview.
  • Attested degrees/certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards must be provided at the time of interview.
  • Selected candidate will undergo a 6 months' probation period, extendable subject to performance.
  • Selected candidate shall provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.
  • Appointment is being made against a specific NADRA Registration Centre (NRC); therefore, no request for transfer shall be entertained.
  • 05 years age relaxation is already included in above age limit.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phone, smart watch etc. will not be allowed during test/interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for Test & Interview.
  • Females, Minority, Transgenders and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Sample test is available at https://careers.nadra.gov.pk/ which can be viewed for guidance.
