About the Role:

We seek a skilled Facilitator to support our educational program. This role is ideal for someone passionate about teaching, with strong communication skills, and wanting to engage with students in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with students without a physical teacher, ensuring they stay on track and motivated.

  • Conduct practice sessions and reinforce key concepts in Physics and Chemistry through interactive discussions and activities.

  • Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, quizzes, and assessments to ensure students' academic growth.

  • Organize and manage resources, including printing and preparing workshop materials, to ensure smooth sessions.

  • Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and staff to address queries, share updates, and support student progress.

  • Assist with administrative tasks as required to support the delivery of learning content.

Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in teaching O-level subjects, preferably Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics.

    BSc in Physics or Chemistry, with a strong academic record (A*s preferred).

  • A background in Cambridge O-Level exams is highly beneficial.

  • Graduate degree in Science from a reputable institution.

    Ability to explain complex topics clearly and engage students effectively.

    Availability: Must be available to work varying shifts, Monday to Saturday.
