Job Title: Google Ads Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to lead our Google Ads efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple Google Ads campaigns and driving successful results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough keyword research based on client products and services.
  • Set up and manage Google Ads accounts for clients using various campaign types, including Search, Display, Retargeting, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Monitor and improve the performance of Google Ads accounts, analyzing data to identify areas for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance campaign performance, incorporating feedback from clients and industry trends.
  • Create regular status reports highlighting key tasks completed and notable observations about campaign performance.
  • Configure Analytics and conversion tracking as needed to ensure accurate measurement and analysis of campaign success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns within an agency environment; 3-4 years preferred.
  • Able to independently manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong expertise in auditing accounts and developing growth and optimization strategies.
  • Familiarity with various Google campaign types, including Search, Display, Retargeting, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Exceptional understanding of core Google Ads concepts, such as keyword match types, bid strategies, geo-targeting, observation audiences, demographic bid adjustments, and more.
  • Possess excellent written communication skills, able to craft clear and concise status updates and reports suitable for client review.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with Agency Analytics, Call Rail, ClickUp, or similar project management tools is beneficial.

This role requires working during the US East coast time zone.
