Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations and a proven track record of delivering results.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketing function, ensuring that all activities are aligned with business objectives and that resources are utilized efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Marketing Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  2. Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
  4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  6. Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of new initiatives.
  7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with marketing activities, ensuring that all necessary controls are in place to protect the business.
  8. Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Requirements
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience of managing and motivating teams.
  • Operational Skills: Strong operational skills, with experience of managing complex marketing operations.
  • Financial Management: Experience of managing budgets and forecasts, with a strong understanding of financial planning and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Experience of developing and implementing change management strategies, with a strong understanding of how to minimize disruption and maximize adoption.
  • Risk Management: Experience of identifying and mitigating risks associated with marketing activities, with a strong understanding of how to protect the business.
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including marketing automation platforms.
