Project Coordinator

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication to facilitate program implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders through regular correspondence and reporting.
  2. Negotiate and coordinate with public and private sector institutions to ensure program success.
  3. Develop and implement comprehensive documentation and reporting systems to track program progress and outcomes.
  4. Monitor program implementation in target areas, identifying areas of improvement and suggesting strategic adjustments.
  5. Design and deliver training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  6. Conceive innovative ideas and frameworks to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve program objectives.
  8. Foster partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders to leverage resources and expertise.
  9. Provide ongoing support to field teams to ensure seamless program implementation.
  10. Compile case studies of the project's successes and challenges to inform future program development.
Job Requirements
  1. Demonstrate exceptional communication, reporting, and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
  2. Possess strong proficiency in English language to facilitate communication with local and international partners.
  3. Excel in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communications.
  4. Show ability to provide implementation support and coordinate among team members at head office and field level.
