Risk, Compliance & Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in monitoring and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and policies by employees within our organization.
  2. Support the development of compliance standards and policies to maintain regulatory excellence.
  3. Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with internal guidance and approval procedures for pricing and terms.
  4. Engage directly with clients and vendors to review and adjust contract terms as necessary.
  5. Deliver training sessions to international teams on compliance standards and associated standard operating procedures.
  6. Conduct specific compliance monitoring activities and ad-hoc checks.
  7. Take part in investigations of compliance incidents and internal disciplinary hearings.
  8. Provide support in addressing daily compliance-related inquiries within our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business, or Economics.
  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, or legal operations is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently, depending on task requirements and organizational needs.
  • Results-oriented approach with the capability to independently find solutions for job-related matters.
