Job Description:

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop an understanding of how to create value for customers and their businesses.
  • To identify opportunities for upselling with customers and coordinate within the organization.
  • To optimize assets such as inventories, receivables, and fixed assets tied to agreements.
  • To ensure the quality of work related to agreement execution.
  • To develop competent agreement management resources.
  • To manage operations and maintenance for assigned plants.
  • To be responsible for all activities relating to daily agreement management at power plants, including planning and implementing plant operations and maintenance.
  • To communicate effectively with plant teams regarding the condition of plant equipment and performance, and to provide suggestions for improvements.
  • To ensure skilled and motivated agreement management personnel to assure good teamwork.
  • To be responsible for implementing plant QEHS policy.
  • To establish and implement standard Agreement Management procedures and processes.
  • To prepare reports, plans, and budgets as instructed by the Agreement Manager.
  • To identify and actively seek to improve plant performance.
  • Development Responsibilities:
  • To build a competitive and motivated team of agreement management personnel.
  • To develop the agreement management working routines at the plant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Prior experience of Wartsila Duel Fuel engine is an advantage.
  • Understanding of workplace safety.
