Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Web Education Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching web design classes on a scheduled program, creating engaging lesson plans for students of varying skill levels, and evaluating student projects.

You will develop and maintain a positive learning environment that fosters creativity and technical skills, collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assess student progress, and provide support to students addressing questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver high-quality lesson plans that cater to the needs of diverse students
  • Evaluate student projects and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and improvement
  • Develop and maintain a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and technical skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum that aligns with industry standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Administrative Duties:

  • Substitute teach as needed, ensuring continuity of instruction and minimal disruption to the learning environment
  • Participate in graduation ceremonies, celebrating the achievements of students and contributing to the overall success of the program
  • Contribute to school events and activities that promote the web design program and enhance the learning experience for students
