Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Professional to join our team. As an Analytics Professional, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Implement drill-downs, filters, and KPI tracking for trade operations, finance, HR, and marketing analytics
  • Optimize report performance by implementing best practices in DAX, SQL queries, and indexing
  • Develop ETL pipelines to extract data from trade, finance, and HR systems into the BI layer
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (PostgreSQL, Oracle, APIs, Data Lakes, etc.)
  • Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and governance in all reports
  • Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and product managers to understand data and reporting needs
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense
  • SQL Expertise: Ability to write complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • ETL & Data Integration: Hands-on experience with SSIS, Talend, or Apache NiFi
  • Data Modeling: Understanding of star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling
  • Scripting Knowledge (Preferred): Python or R for data manipulation
  • DAX & MDX (For Power BI): Ability to write advanced DAX calculations
  • Version Control: Experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, or DevOps CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions
  • Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical users
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, MIS, or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of analytics experience in an enterprise setting
  • Experience in trade, finance, logistics, or customs analytics is a plus
